In my recent musings around winter a thought popped into my head. In winter you have cold temperatures (depending on where you live); you have snow, ice, winds, and all other winter wonders. In having those, it makes one appreciate the warmer days, the above freezing temperatures, the sun peeking through the clouds and the rain that washes away the snow. Then I thought, this is like life…. new chapters in life, from new jobs to additions to the family, to loved ones passing away. It has its season, then it passes and the world is refreshed, renewed and different.

I hope these thoughts stay with me if we get any future snow storms.

Have a great Friday.
