Big Bang Theory on Complexity gone astray

Positive Quote: “Scissors cuts paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes scissors, scissors decapitates lizard, lizard eats paper, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock, and as it always has, rock crushes scissors.” – Sheldon Cooper, Big Bang Theory

I enjoy watching the show Big Bang Theory. The above quote reinforces for me that there is such a thing as to much complexity. The original rock, paper, scissors was easy to understand, use, and there was no way to misunderstand who ‘won’. Then you throw in lizard and spock, two things only, and you get the above quote.

It makes me start thinking about other things that may be too complex and need small simplification.

Have a fabulous Friday.
