I see motivation as action and habit as repetition to sharpen our skills and reduce the need for motivation in that specific area.
The habits are what keep me going, from the breathing in and out, to the taking a few seconds to close my eyes and just be, to the sitting outside on the porch when the rain is coming down and just enjoying it. These habits are what help keep me sane and with a headful of hair.
I can’t imagine one without the other.
