Positive Quote: “A man who wants to lead the orchestra must turn his back on the crowd.” – James Crook
One of the reasons I like this quote is that it reminds me that the person in front of me is the person I must focus on and most important during a conversation, meeting, etc… that I cannot worry about who is watching or looking.
It is along the lines of doing what is right when no one is looking or around. The ‘crowd’ is present, yet not relevant to leading. Lead the people versus leading to look good for others.

Have a marvelous Tuesday.
