“Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.” — Mark Twain

Positive Quote: “Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.” — Mark Twain

I must admit, I am not a perfectionist. Yes, I have my quirks where I may want something just so. Yet, any step in that direction, I see as a positive.

Continuous improvement can take many forms. It can be shortening a form people fill out for something. It can be taking that extra 5 minutes on email communications to avoid (prevent) the 5-10 emails from people asking clarifying questions. It can be shaving a minute off a procedure to removing a redundant step in a process. It can be streamlining a process. It can be so much. You can get ideas from your customers, your team, and from where the industry is going.

What do you think of this quote?

Have a great Wednesday and let’s take a step to work towards continual improvement.
