“No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be” – Isaac Asimov

Positive Quote: “No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be” – Isaac Asimov

This quote reminds me that one must know what the end goal is before being able to make decisions that will either lead them closer to the goal or take them further away from it. Not all decisions are equal and not all decisions that remedy an issue are the wrong choice, yet some can be.

For example, if you are trying to build a new team out, you don’t hire without an interview, you don’t hire without knowing what skillsets you need, and you don’t hire without knowing how those skillsets will help get you from point a to point b.

What do you think of this quote?

Have a fabulous Friday.
