“The art of life is a constant readjustment to our surroundings.” – Kakuzo Okakura

Positive Quote: “The art of life is a constant readjustment to our surroundings.” – Kakuzo Okakura

I like the thought that life is likened to art. Art is subjective; there is no right or wrong path to take in the art world. One creates what one is called to create. I can see that life can be like that, based on life experiences, drive, engagement, etc…. it pulls a person down certain paths over others. Then, then life is interesting. Knowing that one you are down the path that leads to where you want to be and that things happen, things pop up that may divert you from the path, life is about change and readjusting both our expectations as well as our path. This seems creative and poetic. I like that.

I guess the opposite would be that if you did not readjust in life you would be like a piece of art that gets dusty, as it is never readjusted for dusting or whatnot.

I’ll have to ponder these images for a tad.

What do you think of this quote?

Have a marvelous Tuesday.
